Slowing down is harder than it sounds.
It requires embracing uncertainty, which can be challenging. It requires embracing all of you, which includes your imperfections.
Speed often serves as a means of maintaining control—hurrying to finish, managing time efficiently, completing tasks, and keeping everything organized.
However, taking a moment to slow down requires letting go of that control.
Today, consider asking yourself: how can I intentionally slow down, even if only for a few minutes?

P.S. I tend to rush to get things done–how imperfect of me. I had to consciously slow down while preparing this blog/newsletter!
