CONTINUING EDUCATION

Teaching Yoga is a Humbling Experience.

I strive to deepen my knowledge of the ancient tradition of yoga.

Yoga is fundamentally and historically a practice to relieve individual and collective suffering, bringing peace and liberation to the individual and all sentient beings.

This ancient body/mind/spirit practice was passed down, codified and developed 2,500 to 10,000 years ago by South Asians, originating with the Indus Valley Civilization in India and Pakistan.

As my knowledge and awareness of this ancient practice continue to evolve, so too does my commitment to life-long learning, which fuels my passion for being of service in ways that support your yoga journey.
