Successful Summer Solstice Sound Bath

The Summer Solstice Sound Bath Savasana on June 17th was well attended. Feedback was very positive and at the conclusion of the sound bath Todd received a lot of inquiries about the Paiste gongs, which are amazing instruments. A few days later the actual solstice took place along with an exceptionally powerful full moon. The alignment in terms of astronomy and astrology produced a powerful 'galactic centre event' signaling the end and the beginning of a new phase of life.

Some people have already registered for the next Sound Bath Savasana which will be held on Friday, Sept 23rd to coincide with the Fall Equinox. There is limited space so feel free to reserve your spot early! More info to follow at a later date.

Sound Bath Savasana

Jeannine Roy, yoga teacher, and Todd Koga, gong practitioner, are now offering a unique blend of savasana and gong sound bath (see Sound Bath Savasana for more info). Upcoming dates and additional details are as follows:

When: 7:00-8:15 pm on Friday, June 17th, Sept 23rd, & Nov 25th, 2016
Where: Aromansse, 288 Marion Street, 2nd Floor (access to the studio requires climbing stairs)

Cost: $20 Early Bird (one week in advance); $25 Day of Event (payable at the door, space permitting)

Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows and other accessories to enhance your comfort (eye pillows will be provided).
